We will add it to the meetings Calendar, put it in the announcements,
notify the Newsletter Editor and the Central Office staff.
Our policy is to add meetings to the printed Meeting Guide after a
meeting has been open for three months. This is to ensure
that a Group is viable and not merely the short-term result of wishful
thinking or a resentment.
